- Do you make custom orders?
Not at this time, but I'm always open to new ideas!
- What's your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped within one week. Domestic First-Class shipping takes 4-7 business days to arrive, and domestic Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days to arrive. You can add a Rush My Order to speed up the one week processing time. I cannot expedite your order without it if you're in a time crunch.
- Do you accept returns?
Returns are not accepted. However, if your product arrives damaged in any way, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I'll do my best to assist you!
- My trip is soon! Will I have my order in time?

- When will you restock a certain product?
I get styles back into inventory as fast as possible! All bows & sliders are made and ready to ship to get your order out more quickly. You may sign up on any sold out listing to be notified when it's back in stock!
