Need your package VERY soon in time for your vacation? Sometimes Priority shipping is not fast enough, and that's ok! If you're checking into a resort hotel in the next 2-5 days, this option will be best to ensure quick delivery. Resort Drop-Off is a service in which your package will be personally delivered to the front desk of your resort on your check-in day.
**Your shipping fees will be refunded if Resort Drop-Off is purchased**
When delivery is completed, you will receive a message that your package is ready to be picked up!
It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up the package at the front desk when delivery has been completed. This service is for Orlando on-site resorts. If you're staying off-property and interested, please send me a message to see if an accommodation can be made. Mishandling of packages by the front desk is not the responsibility of Market 33.
Please note: If the date of your check-in is unavailable for delivery due to personal reasons, I will send you a message and another day can be arranged. Refunds are available if for any reason this service does not work in the timeframe, but this is rarely the case.

- Do you make custom orders?
Not at this time, but I'm always open to new ideas!
- What's your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped within one week. Domestic First-Class shipping takes 4-7 business days to arrive, and domestic Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days to arrive. You can add a Rush My Order to speed up the one week processing time. I cannot expedite your order without it if you're in a time crunch.
- Do you accept returns?
Returns are not accepted. However, if your product arrives damaged in any way, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I'll do my best to assist you!
- My trip is soon! Will I have my order in time?

- When will you restock a certain product?
I get styles back into inventory as fast as possible! All bows & sliders are made and ready to ship to get your order out more quickly. You may sign up on any sold out listing to be notified when it's back in stock!

Magic Band is NOT included in your purchase, it's for the Ear Band Bow only. Due to fabric cuts, each pattern will be unique in design. Computer monitors may show slight color variations to the actual product, but I do my best to make photos as accurate as possible!
Although many customers have insisted that their band bows/sliders upheld well in rain and water rides, proceed at your own risk. To play it safe, keep bows/sliders as dry as possible. Not waterproof or water resistant.

I bought some great bows from this store and then left them at home! I couldn't believe it. I ordered new ones and one day later she dropped them off at the hotel. It was awesome! I couldn't believe I did that but she saved the day. The bows were all very cute and well made. Will buy again.
